Grant Park Place consisted of the redevelopment of a 1.2 acre parcel across from Zoo Atlanta on Cherokee Ave in Atlanta, GA. It consisted of the installation of the infrastructure for 5 single family lots 9 townhome lots 30,000 square foot retail/office building and internal streets and alleys. Also included on this project is a 100,000+ gallon underground detention vault in which approximately 15,000 gallons will remain onsite underground for future gray water reuse. The retail parcel consisted of a brownfield remediation.
